(L&C)-I …...... 05/ 09.09.2025: In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following relief:- “for issuance of an appropriate writ/Rule/ Direction commanding upon the respondents to make the payment of arrears of difference of salary from January 2024 till date along with an interest @ 18% till the date of payment since the same has not been paid because the Last Pay Certificate of the petitioner has not been received from the office of the Executive Engineer, Road Division, Garhwa taking into consideration that he is due to retire with effect from 31.01.2025. And for any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner may be found entitled to.” 2. During course of argument, it has been brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instruction by the petitioner, that the entire salary has been paid. 3. Learned counsel for the State admits by referring to para 14 of the counter affidavit that the entire salary has already been paid. 4. Considering the submission that the salary has been paid, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition. 5. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of as rendered infructuous.
