In light of the above, it is obvious that the prayers made in the present petition would not survive for consideration. The petition is disposed of. Rule is discharged. 4. It is needless to state that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the inadequacy of pension and other retirement benefits granted to him, it would be open for him to file an appropriate petition in this regard.
