Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent Nos.1 to 3. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in granting house site pattas in R.S.No.261 to an extent of Ac.13-65 cents belonging to the 4th respondent school situated at Appalarajugudem Village, T.Narasapuram Mandal, West Godavari District under the Navaratnalu- Pedalandariki Illu scheme contrary to the G.O.Ms.No.510 dated 30.12.2019 issued by the 1st respondent. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the counter affidavit of the 3rd respondent submits that the subject land in an extent of Ac.13.65 cents in R.S.No.261 is under usage as follows. 1. A.P.R. School play ground - Ac.7.06 cts 2. A.P.R. School Dormitory - Ac.0.45 cts 3. Existing Indiramma Houses - Ac.3.25 cts 4. Road from Appalarajugudem to Tirumaladevipeta - Ac.1.38 cts 4. It was proposed for usage of the reaming vacant land as under:- An extent of Ac.1.05 cents was proposed for house sites to the homeless poor under the welfare scheme of the state, an extent of Ac.0.15 cents was proposed for construction of Grama Sachivalayam building and an extent of Ac.0.31 cents was proposed for Village Health Clinic and Rythu 4 HBKM,J W.P.No.15352 of 2020 Bharosa Kendram, but no constructions have been taken up in those pieces of lands as there is an interim order. 5. 5. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondents are directed to deal with the above said subject extents in R.S.No.261 situated at Appalarajugudem Village, T.Narasapuram Mandal, West Godavari District, strictly in accordance with law, if so warranted for any public purpose. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
