MS BANDARU USHA, D/O LATE B.SHANKAR AGE ABOUT 20 YEARS, R/O D.NO.2/32, RTC DEPOT ROAD, SATYAVEDU POST & MANDAL, CHITTOOR DISTRICT PIN CODE 517588 ...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toIssue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declare the action of the respondents 1 to 4 herein who are interfering in the civil litigation between the petitioners and the respondents 8 and 9 and openly supporting them in the civil litigation though an appeal A.S.No. 165/2014, was filed by the petitioners, and stay order in ASMP no. 707/2014 was obtained in the appeal dt.17-4-2014 from this Honourable Court and the respondents 1 to 4 are trying induct the respondents 8 and 9 into the petitioner's house ( Suit Schedule House) by using force, and though the stay order was shown to the respondents 1 to 4 and they tore the same into pieces, threatening the petitioners with dire consequences like booking false cases, demanding money from the petitioners, taken signatures in white papers, forcing the petitioners and they have also taken to go for a settlement with the respondents 8 and 9, black mailing them, calling the petitioners the police station during night times, beating them blue and black for no good reason, looting their pocket during such interrogation, using filthy language, kicking them on private parts with shoes, belt and with gun butt, throwing them on to the walls, threatening them not to give any complaint before any magistrate or any higher police authority, and harassing petitioners not to enter into the suit schedule property etc. not registering any FIR agianst respondents 8 to 9 and their men on the complaints given by the petitioners as illegal arbitrary unconstitutional and in violation of the Human Rights, and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 to restrain from interfering in the civil litigation between the petitioners and the respondents 8 & 9, and also from the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit schedule property and also not to support the respondents 8 & 9 illegally and to take action on the complaints given by the petitoiners agianst 3 the respondetns 8 and 9 and their men and to forthwith return back the house keys to the petitioners which are in custody of the respondents 1 to 4, and to pass such other or further orders in the interest of justice. and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2014(WPMP 21203 OF 2014 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased direct the respondents 1 to 4 herein not to harass the petitioners without following due process of law and without registering any crime and also to return back forthwith the house keys to the petitioners which are in the custody of respndents 1 to 4 and not interfere in the civil litigation pending before the Honble High Court in AS No. 165/2014 between the petitioners and respondents 8 and 9, pending disposal of the above writ petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner(S): 1.
