The miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioners for getting protection from private respondent Nos.5 to 10. 2. The present petition is pending for almost last 5 years. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they have solemnized their marriage on 05.02.2020. Copy of the marriage certificate has been annexed with the petition as Annexure-17. 4. As per the marriage certificate dated 05.02.2020, it is evident that both the petitioners are living their married life peacefully since 2020 and, therefore, nothing remains in this petition and the same is liable to be disposed of. 5. In view of the aforesaid, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands disposed of with the liberty to the petitioners to file fresh, if need so arises. 6.
