Prayer in the present petition is for directing official respondents No.2 to 5 for protecting the life and liberty of the petitioner from respondents No.6 & 7 as they are threatening to falsely implicate the petitioner in a false criminal case at the instance of respondent No.8 and to direct the official respondent to take required action against the respondents No.6 to 8. Further prayer has been made for directing respondents No.2 to 5 to expeditiously decide the representation dated 29.03.2025 (Annexure P-6). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the redressal of his grievance, petitioner has filed a representation dated 29.03.2025 (Annexure P-6) before the Superintendent of Police, Nuh but the same has not been taken into consideration till date. He has further submitted that petitioner would be satisfied if representation dated 29.03.2025 (Annexure P-6) is decided in a time bound manner. 3. Notice of motion.
