Heard Sri Satendra Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri B.P.Singh, learned A.G.A. 2. The applicant has approached this Court by way of filing present second Criminal Misc. Bail Application seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.21 of 2022, under Sections 376, 506 I.P.C. and under Section 3/4 Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station-Awagarh, District-Etah. 3. A status report dated 20.5.2025 submitted by Trial Court is placed on record that in trial all six prosecution witnesses have been examined and it is now fixed for recording statement of accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. 4.Learned counsel for applicant submits that applicant be released on bail to prepare defence. Nature of testimony before Trial Court is not on record. 5. In the aforesaid circumstances since the trial is at the fag end and it is likely to be concluded within a short period, therefore, at this stage, there is no ground to allow this second bail application. 6. In case, trial is not concluded within a period of four months, applicant will be at liberty to approach this Court or learned Trial Court as advised along with status of trial. 7.
