To issue writ in the nature of Mandamus, direction to the Respondents to consider the representation of petitioners made by them Dt.15.12.2025 (Annexure-J) and 2. Pass such orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case as in duty bound the Petitioners shall ever pray an act of kindness in the interest of justice and equity. 2. Sri R. M. Javed learned counsel for petitioners submitted that petitioners are working as primary health care officers at respective primary health centres in different villages on contractual basis and have necessary qualification for said post and served for 12 to 14 years. And that they had submitted a representation dated 15.12.2025 at Annexure – J with respondent no.2, which had remained without consideration and therefore seek for direction for consideration of representation. 3. Smt.Nandini B. Heard learned counsel and perused petition papers. 5. Since only relief sought is for writ of mandamus for consideration of petitioners representation which appears to be pending consideration, writ petition is disposed of by clarifying that this Court has not expressed any view on merits or demerits of petitioners’ claim in representation and directing consideration of representation dated 15.12.2025 at Annexure – J by respondent no.2, in accordance with law wherein respondents would be required to consider petitioners’ claim on their own merits before passing any orders thereon.
