Present writ petition has been filed for a direction to District Inspector of Schools, Aligarh to consider and decide the representation made on 23.07.2014. 3. The petitioner through this writ petition has made certain allegations against respondent no.5 with regard to his qualifications. As the petitioner being a third party and he has nothing to do with the selections. He has not establishes how his rights are being affected by appointing respondent no.5. 4. It is a settled law that matters relating to public interest is not maintainable in service matters. 5. Writ petition lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
