The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for the following relief(s); “10.1 Direct the learned Court below to expedite the proceedings of HMA No.150A/2024 "Smt. Rachna Tiwari vs. Gourav Tiwari" and is pending before the Learned Family Court, Dhamtari, District- Dhamtari, (C,G.) and to make endeavor to conclude the same within a time bound period in the interest of justice. 10.2 This Hon'ble Court be further pleased to pass such other orders in favor of the petitioner against the respondent as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent has filed an application for return of Stridhan before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Dhamtari, District Dhamtari (C.G.), which is registered as HMA No. HIFZURRAHMAN ANSARI Digitally signed by HIFZURRAHMAN ANSARI Date: 2025.10.29 17:16:33 +0530 2 150A/2024. It is submitted that the said application was filed in the month of January, 2024, and despite lapse of almost two years, the same has not yet been decided. Therefore, he prays that the learned Family Court may be directed to expedite the proceedings and decide the matter within a reasonable period of time. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and taking into account the submissions made hereinabove, it is observed that the learned Family Court, Dhamtari, shall make an earnest endeavour to expedite the trial and conclude the proceedings within a reasonable period of time. 4.
