But, due to oversight, the High Court Legal Services Committee once again entrusted the very same Sessions Case to M.Solomon Raju, learned legal aid counsel, who filed the present appeal. As the appellant has already filed an appeal vide Criminal Appeal No.1818 of 2018, the present appeal is closed.
