HIGH COURT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR AND LADAKH AT JAMMU Case: SWP No. 2284/2012 Sheela Devi ..... Petitioner(s) Through :- None. Vs U.O.I and and Ors. .....Respondent(s) Through :- None. CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE WASIM SADIQ NARGAL, JUDGE ORDER 03.02.2025 The instant petition has come up for hearing before this Court after 10 years and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today. The petitioner with the efflux of time has been rendered infructuous, as the petitioner through the medium of instant petition is seeking engagement for the post of RET, which scheme has already been closed and the matter is pending adjudication before the Apex Court as on date. Even otherwise also, no efforts have been made on part of the petitioner to get the instant petition listed for more than ten years. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the instant petition which is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution along with all connected application(s). Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated. It is made clear that petitioner will be at liberty to revive the same in case, fresh cause of action is accrued. (WASIM SADIQ NARGAL) JUDGE JAMMU 03.02.2025 Mihul Sr. No. 48 Mihul Singh 2025.02.05 17:30 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
