Accordingly, they are being disposed of by a common order. Heard the parties. 2. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Deori P.S. Case No. 65 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 309(6) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Ms. Nikhat Ayesha, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih. 3. On 30.07.2024 at about 8.00 p.m., robbery was committed in the house of the Informant. Accused persons looted Rs. 25,000/- and other household articles. 4. It was submitted that the petitioners are neither named in the FIR, nor they were put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from their possession. It was finally 2. submitted that co-accused Bhola Singh and Rajesh Das have been granted bail by this court earlier. 5. Mr. Vishwanath Roy, learned Special P.P, Mr. Abhay Kumar Tiwari and Mr. Anup Pawan Topno, learned A.P.P have opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioners are accused in two other cases 6. Considering the fact that apart from criminal antecedent of the petitioners, there is no other material against them, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Nikhat Ayesha, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih in connection with Deori P.S.
