This Court vide order dated 04.09.2023 dismissed the writ petition as abated, as no steps were taken by the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner to continue with the petition. However, a liberty was granted to the legal representatives to submit an application for revival of the writ petition, in case any grievance/cause of action survives with them. Interim application No.01/2025 stands allowed for the reasons stated therein. S.B. Writ Miscellaneous Application No. 450/2025 A liberty was granted to the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner to submit application for revivals of the (2 of 2) [WMAP-450/2025] writ petition, in case any cause of action still survives. Now, the instant application has been submitted on the count that legal representatives of the petitioner have not received the retiral benefits of the petitioner. For the reasons stated above, the instant misc. application stands allowed. The order dated 04.09.2023 stands recalled and the S.B.
