The petitioner has filed the present contempt petition assailing non- compliance of the order dated 29.08.2025 passed by this Court in WP(S) No. 10146 of 2025 in case of Deshiya Ram Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Others, 2. The Nodal Officer, School Education Department has informed this Court that vide order dated 16.10.2025 grievance raised by the petitioner has already been redressed. He would further submit that petitioner’s name as Head Master is mentioned in the waiting list for BHUMIKA ANGARE Digitally signed by BHUMIKA ANGARE Date: 2025.11.19 11:04:30 +0530 2 promotion to the post of Principal and as per rules he will be considered for promotion. 3. In view of the submission made by Nodal Officer, nothing is required to be adjudicated by this Court at this stage, therefore, the Contempt proceeding initiated against the respondents is closed. 4. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said order and file afresh petition if exigency so arises. 5.
