2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 416 of 2023 arising out of Olidih P.S. Case No. 30 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. No. 757 of 2023 for the offences registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Jamshedpur.
3. On 02.02.2023 at 10.00 p.m., dacoity was committed in the office of Bharat Finance Inclusion Ltd. Accused persons looted Rs. 12.83 lakhs and other articles from there. It appears that the petitioner was put on T.I. Parade where he was identified by the Informant.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this court. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody for more than two years. It was further submitted that the person who had identified the petitioner in the T.I. Parade, could not identify him in the dock.
5. Mr. Satish Prasad, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent
6. Considering the fact that the person who had identified the petitioner in the T.I. Parade, could not identify him in the dock, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Jamshedpur in connection with S.T. No. 416 of 2023 arising out of Olidih P.S. Case No. 30 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. No. 757 of 2023.
