1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for the following relief(s);
“10.1 To pass any appropriate writ, order directing learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur (C.G.) to expedite the proceedings in case bearing Filing No. 3460/2025 parties name Brijlal Gangwani Vs. Vikas Sahu. 10.2 to grant any other suitable relief or relief(s) to instant petitioner which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in view of the facts and circumstances of the case for the ends of justice.”

order has been passed thereon. The matter is still pending for evidence of complainant. He submits that the petitioner, who is an elderly person aged about 65 years, had approached the court seeking justice, however, despite lapse of more than two years, his application remains undecided. Therefore, he prays that the learned JMFC, Raipur may be directed to expedite the proceedings and decide the matter within a reasonable period of time.
3. Perusal of the order-sheets appended with the writ petition indicates that, on several occasions, it was the petitioner himself who sought time before the learned trial Court. In view of the repeated adjournments taken at the petitioner’s own instance, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief prayed for in the present petition.
