Appadhara Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Sri.Shaik Abdul Siddiq, learned Counsel representing Sri Yarraguntla Koteswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.5 2. Sri. Sk. Abdul Rasheed, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings has submitted a Written Instructions furnished by the Assistant Engineer (R&B) Kammavarapukota, dated 23.09.2025. A copy of it is supplied to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3. The relevant portion of the said Written Instructions is usefully extracted hereunder: <1. On the main road (MDR, R&B) from Rangapuram to Tadikalapudi, at Km 3/6L/s, permissions were not given by the Roads & Buildings Department to set up any statues in front of their house as on 22.09.2025, no such statues were built at that location. 2. The Vemanapalli Gram panchayat has also not received any requests for permission to construct statues. 3. The Roads & Buildings Department or Panchayathi of Rangapuram has not given any permission to construct Statue. 4. If anyone encroach government land/property, or construct any statue departmental action has been taken against those responsible.= 4. The above extract would indicate that neither the Department of Roads & Buildings nor the Panchayathi of Rangapuram have received or given any permission for construction of statues. It is also stated that Vemanapalli Gram Panchayat has not received any requests regarding permission for construction of statues. 3 5. Having regard to the same, this Court is of the opinion that further consideration is not necessary. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. It is needless to state that if any such issue arises, the respondents shall follow the direction given by Hon’ble Supreme Court in its order dated 18.01.2013 in I.A.No.10 of 2012 in SLP (Civil) No.8519 of 2006 and also the order passed by the Single Judge of this Court dated 30.08.2022 in W.P.No.27036 of 2022. 6. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. 7.
