This application has been filed for seeking following reliefs: A. For a issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus Commanding Respondents Concerned to arrest the accused persons forthwith in connection with Vidyapatinagar P.S. Case No. 02/2025 dated 03.01.2025 for alleged offences under Sections 191(2)/190/126(2)/127(2)/109(1)/326(G)/35 2/351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023 and 27 of the Arms Act. B. For a direction upon the State Respondent to take immediate co-ercive steps against the named accused persons i.e. Private Respondents who involved in the aforesaid occurrence in which son of the petitioner's son was shot by means of Country made pistal in broad daylight. 3. In these circumstances, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to move before the concerned Magistrate for proper investigation, by way of filing an application, in the light of Sakiri Vasu vs. State of U.P., reported as (2008) 2 SCC 409. 4.
