The learned Assistant Government Pleader appears for the respondent Nos.1 to 4. In spite of service of notices, none appears for the respondent Nos.5 & 6. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in proposing to acquire the disputed land under the scheme of Navaratnalu-Pedalandariki Illu in respect of the land in R.S.No.815/3 to an extent of Ac.0-66 cents situated at Vedurupavuluru Village, Gannavaram Mandal of Krishna District, though the petitioner is the owner of the subject property. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the 4th respondent submits that, the subject land is not utilized for the above said public purpose of housing welfare scheme, as the petitioner represented that there is a dispute with respect to the subject land between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents herein. There is no proposal to acquire the subject land. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. The written instructions of the 4th respondent shall be made as part of the court record. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Interim order if any, deemed to have been vacated.
