SUSHMA YAGANTI The Court made the following: 3 THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA CONTEMPT CASE NO: 2241/2024 ORDER: This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 27.12.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.27890 of 2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents complied with the order of this Court with regard to the admitted amount. As far as interest part is concerned, the respondents not paid the same as directed by this Court. Since there is no specific order regarding submission of bills to enforce the contempt in respect of interest as claimed by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to close the Contempt Case granting liberty to the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceeding in accordance with law. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner for initiating separate proceedings for further claim if any. No order as to costs.
