Heard Sri M.V.Raja Raam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents and Sri P Durga Prasad, learned counsel for the unofficial resopndents. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would further submit that they have advised both parties to work out their remedies before the competent court where their civil suits are pending. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 5. Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
