The writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondents 3 and 4 at the behest of respondent in causing interference of day to day affairs of Church Prayer. It is submitted that the 5^^ respondent is influencing the respondents 3 and 4 and causing hindrance to the prayer conducted at the Church. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that on the complaint of the respondent, the petitioner was called to the police and was found that the petitioner and the 5‘^ respondent are disputing the rights over the church and they are constantly at quarrel for rights over the Church. 3. It is submitted by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that 10.04.2025 both the parties are summoned to the Office of Tahsildar and it was resolved in front of the villagers that the petitioner and the 5 respondent would resolve their dispute peacefully without disturbing the peace of the petitioner. 4.
