Though in the cause-title at the appearance portion of the
judgment dated 17.06.2025 it appears that the opposite party no. 2 was duly represented but due to inadvertence in paragraph 9 of the judgment it has been written “Private opposite party No. 2/FIR maker is not represented”. In such view of the matter, the sentence “Private opposite party No. 2/FIR maker is not represented” shall be deleted. Let the said correction be incorporated and be made part of the judgment dated 17th June, 2025 and other portions of the said
judgment shall remain unaltered. Certified copy of the judgment dated 17th June, 2025, if already supplied, be corrected accordingly.
