The Bailiff report dated 10.12.2024 states that the sole petitioner was not available at the address given in the cause title of the petition and upon inquiry, it has come to the notice that the sole petitioner has left India 15 to 17 years back and is residing at United States of America. No further address is on record and therefore, the notice could not be served. Thereafter, the present petition has been listed twice. However, none has entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner nor the petitioner in person is present. In the circumstances, the present Special Civil Application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
