The said crime was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120b r/w 34 lPC. 2. Case of the prosecution is that A.1 approached the State Bank of India, SME Branch, Tirupati, and obtained loan of Rs.2,80,00,000/- in the name of the company M/s. Lakshmi Nrusimha Enterprises, which is the proprietary i:pi .-l= I-EE:Er concern. A.2 and A.3 stood 9S guarantors tO the Said loan. lt iS alleged by the de facto complainant that A.1 to A.3 produced fake documents and Obtained loan of Rs.2,80,00,000/- from the said branch Causing loss tO the Bank to a tune of Rs. Rs.2,80,00,000/-. The allegation made against the Petitioner iS that A.2 and A.3 used the invoice Of the company Of the Petitioner namely M/s. Rudrananda EIectricals, Guntur. On the basis of the said allegation, the petitioner was also impleaded as A.8. 3. Smt. K.Aruna, learned counsel for the P?titiOner, COntendS that even according to the prosecution, the petitioner never produced any fake documents. Learned counsel further contends that the Petitioner has nothing to do w'lth M/s. Rudrananda Electricals, Guntur, who gave invoices in favour Of M/s. Lakshmi Nrusimha Enterprises, Tiurpati, which belongs to A.1. ln view of the above facts and circumstances, as no role has been attributed to the petitioner, this court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner on the following conditions: i) petitioner / A.8 is directed to surrender before the Station House officer, cos police station, Tirupati, Chittoor District, on or before 10.04.2025. On such surrender, the Station House Officer, COS Police station, Tirupati, Chittoor District, is directed to release the petitioner / A.8 on bail on his executing a Personal bond for a Sum Of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum each to the sat'lsfaction of the station House Officer, CCS Police Station, Tirupati, Chittoor District. .- i`- I..`tr ii) Petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation as and f/ when required, and he shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court or to any police officer. iij) Petitioner / A.8 is directed to cooperate with the Investigating Officer, and also directed not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
