Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that writ petition No. 12634/2025 titled as Jitendra Singh Gurjar Vs. State of Rajasthan and Others and Writ Petition No. 12658/2025 titled as Vishnu Vs. State of Rajasthan and others was decided on 07.10.2025 but inadvertently direction to respondents to consider judgment dated 22.08.2023 passed in SB Civil Writ Petition No. 17693/2019 titled as Imran Khan Vs. State of Rajasthan and Others, was not mentioned. He submits that respondents be also directed to consider ratio laid down in the case of Imran Khan (supra) and this review petition be disposed of accordingly. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection. Having considering aforesaid, order dated 07.10.2025 passed in writ petition No. 12634/2025 and Writ Petition No. 12658/2025 is modified to the extent that the respondents will also consider ratio as laid down in the case of Imran Khan Vs. [2025:RJ-JP:50379] (3 of 3) [WRW-183/2025] State of Rajasthan and Others (Supra) passed by a co- ordinate Bench at Principal Seat, Jodhpur in addition to principle of law laid down in case of Garvit Vyas Vs. State of Rajasthan and Ors.: DB Special Appeal Writ No. 111/2025. The order stands modified and be treated as integral part of order dated 07.10.2025.
