By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:- i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the condition containing in point no.9 (pertaining to age) of the advertisement dated 14.03.2024, issued by respondent Commission (Annexure No.1), whereby the cut-off date for consideration of the age of a candidate within the eligibility has been fixed as 01.07.2024 in place of 01.07.2023 or 01.01.2024. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to accept the application form of the petitioners manually/physically for the recruitment on the post of Assistant Teacher (LT) pursuant to the advertisement dated 14.03.2024 and to permit them to participate in the selection process. iii. Issue any other writ order or direction, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. iv. Award the cost of the writ petition in favour of the petitioners. Heard. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is squarely covered by the judgment dated 07.08.2024, passed by the Division Bench of this Court in SPA No.162 of 2024, Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission, Uttarakhand, Dehradun Vs. Meenakshi Sharma and Another. Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 admits this fact. Since the matter is covered, instant petition is decided in terms of the judgment dated 07.08.2024, passed by the Division Bench of this Court in SPA No.162 of 2024, Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission, Uttarakhand, Dehradun Vs.
