2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 41/2024, for the offences registered under Section 103(1) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Miss Shweta Soni, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gumla.
3. On 09.10.2024, at about 09:30 a.m., the husband of the informant Johan Ekka left his house and thereafter, he went missing. At 07:00 p.m., his dead body was recovered from Bhundutoli Canal. F.I.R. has been instituted against unknown persons.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that only allegation against the petitioner is that he alongwith other co-accused persons had consumed liquor in the morning with the deceased. It was further submitted that apart from suspicion, there is no other material against him on the record.
5. Mr. Pankaj Kr Mishra, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner was last seen with the petitioner with the deceased.
6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Miss Shweta Soni, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gumla in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 41/2024.
