SANDEEP BHAVAN PAMARATI The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent No.4 not to call the petitioner to attend the 4th respondent police Station frequently threatening and forcing the petitioner to settle the issue between the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6 for returning the advance/token amount basing on the Agreement of Sale dated 20-12-2022 in respect of Flat No. 103, 1st Floor Leeladhar Enclave, Door No. 8-3-167/K/43/103, Khairatabad Municipality, Hyderabad admeasuring 770 Sq.Feet ( undivided share an extent of land 27.Sq.yards) out of total land extent of 1029 Sq.Yards, at Kalyan Nagar Venture-II, Yusufguda Sy.No. 128/1 Flat No. 43, Hyderabad Telangana State, bounded by: East: Corridor, West: Opn to Sky, North: Open to sky, South: Flat No. 104 also not to interfere with the personal liberty of the petitioner day to day business activities pending disposal of the writ petition.” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, brought to the notice of the Court that the Police are calling the Petitioner to the Police station regarding the crimes registered against him. 3. Sri K.E.Hari Prasad, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, let there be a direction to the Police to follow due process of law. 4. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed to follow due process of law in connection with the cases registered against the Petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
