Heard Sri Dhirendra Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Ajay Singh, learned A.G.A.-I for the State and perused the records. Sri Rakesh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 is not present even when the matter is taken in the revised list. 3. The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant- Sahruddin, with the prayer to allow the present application and quash the impugned order dated 22.07.2017 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Chakia, Chandauli over the application under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. in Criminal Case No. 117 of 2017 (Sahruddin Vs. Mohd. Ahmad @ Buddhan) by which the application of the applicant has been rejected. It is further prayed to direct the court concerned to issue a direction to the Police Station concerned to register the case and investigate into the matter in pursuance to the application under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. of the applicant, and / or may pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in view of the subsequent development and the judgement of a Full Bench of this Court in the case of Jagannath Verma and Others Vs. The State of U.P. and Another: AIR 2014 Allahabad 214 a revision is the appropriate remedy available to the applicant and a such the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to him to invoke the appropriate remedy available to him under law.
