Learned AGA again seeks time to produce the order passed by respondent No.3 rejecting the application said to have been filed by the petitioner, seeking conversion of the land. The portion of the order dated 06.03.2025 reads as under: “………..Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court to paragraph No.5 of the statement of objections filed by the State, whereas specific stand was taken that such application filed by petitioner is already rejected. Hence, learned AGA is directed to produce the order rejecting the application filed by the petitioner. Learned AGA prays for 10 days time. List this matter finally as a last chance on 18.03.2025.” 2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, no such order was passed on the representation, and the - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:4927 WP No. 84184 of 2013 same is kept pending. Even though it is contended by the learned AGA that the said representation has already been rejected, he is not in a position to produce the said order. However, the petitioner has not sought for any relief with regard the representation, which is said to be pending with respondent No.3. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought in the petition with regard to Annexure- K has become redundant in view of subsequent developments. Under such circumstances, I am of the opinion that the petition is liable to be disposed of as it does not survive for further consideration. 4. Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of.
