Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:67144 Court No. - 76 Case :- HABEAS CORPUS WRIT PETITION No. - 341 of 2025 Petitioner :- Muskaan Singh (Corpus) And Another Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Sakshi Jaiswal,Vimal Kumar Pandey Counsel for Respondent :- G.A. Hon'ble Vinod Diwakar,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the State- respondents. 2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to produce petitioner no.1 (corpus) before this Court and to set her at liberty from the illegal custody of respondent no.3. 3. Upon perusal of the record, it is observed that petitioner no.2 has neither disclosed his present status nor provided any particulars showing his bona fides supported with documentary evidence. The petition, therefore, lacks material particulars and filed with ulterior motives. 4. Moreover, this Court could not comprehend how the 18 years girl was in relationship with boy for last five years, as claimed. The girl is stated to have been happily living with her parents. If the facts narrated in the petition are believed to be true, then it is always open for the girl to approach the police or relatives for her safety. 5. In view of the foregoing, this Court finds no merit in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as misconceived.
