GP FOR HOME (AP) The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE BATTU DEVANAND WRIT PETITION NO.33914 OF 2014 O R D E R:- This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of Respondent No.3 in not registering the F.I.R even after repeated requests and specific directions of the 2nd respondent on the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.10.2014. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3. During the course of hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that considering the complaint of the petitioner, the 3rd respondent has registered a case in Crime No.233 of 2014 on 17.11.2014 under Section 420 and 465 of IPC. The learned Assistant Government Pleader has placed a copy of the F.I.R.No.233 of 2014, dated 17.11.2014. On perusal of the said F.I.R, it appears that a case in Crime No.233 of 2014 was registered basing on the complaint made by the petitioner. 4. As the relief sought by the petitioner in this Writ Petition has already been redressed, in our considered view, no further adjudication is necessary in this Writ Petition. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 4 6. There shall be no order as to costs. 7.
