It is a grievance of the petitioner that there are some positions vacant in the college for which a proposal was sent to the respondent no.5, the Chief Education Officer, Udham Singh Nagar on 13.02.2025, but no action has been taken by the respondent no.5, the Chief Education Officer, Udham Singh Nagar. Heard. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter is pending with the respondent no.5/the Chief Education Officer, Udham Singh Nagar. There is no time limit within which steps be taken. If steps are not taken promptly, it would affect the education of the college. Learned State counsel gives a statement that action on the communication dated 13.02.2025 (Annexure 2) of the petitioner shall be taken within one month.
