It is also noted from the letter dated 03-04-2024 submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mirzapur, that appellant no. 2, Firm Buddhulal-Bholanath, through its proprietor, was closed after the death of Bhola Nath. 2. Since the appellant Bhola Nath has died, the appeal against him stands dismissed as abated.
