The cause title of the said order has wrongly been recorded as “Swapan Chakraborty –vs- Dipak Kumar Gupta” instead of “Sri Swapan Chakraborty –vs- Sri Dipak Kumar Dutta”. In view of the above, let the cause title be corrected as “Sri Swapan Chakraborty –vs- Sri Dipak Kumar Dutta”. The above correction be carried out by the department. Let the above order be also treated as part of the order dated 04.04.2025.
