No. 35261 of 2022, seeking to set aside the said order. 2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that the appellants intend to withdraw this Writ Appeal in view of the subsequent developments during the pendency of the appeal and sought permission of this Court to withdraw. 3. Permission is granted. However, it is made clear that the respondent No.1/writ petitioner is at liberty to ventilate her grievance before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law, if she has any further grievance arising out of the Writ order. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
