The issue raised in the present petition has already been adjudicated by this Court vide order dated 15.03.2023 passed in WPS No. 283 of 2022 and other connected matters. A writ appeal preferred against the said decision has been disposed of by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.06.2023 passed in WA No. 251 of 2023. Thereafter, a Special Leave Petition filed against the said order has also been dismissed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court vide order dated 12.02.2024 passed in SLP No. 53267 of 2023. 2. In view of the above, the present writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the order passed in WPS No. 283 of 2022 and liberty is granted to the petitioner to make a representation regarding their inter se seniority from initial appointment to their transferred place of posting as Shiksha Karmi.
