1. The default pointed out by the Registry is ignored.
2. The petitioner, Smt. Preeti Yadav, appearing in person, submits that she had filed an application under Section 125(3) of the BNSS, 2023 before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur (C.G.) in the year 2024. The said application has not been decided till date, and despite an order granting interim maintenance of Rs. 25,000/– per month, the respondent is not complying with the order in its letter and spirit. She submits that an amount of Rs. 4,00,000/– is overdue. She, therefore, prays for a direction to the Family Court to expedite the proceedings within a stipulated period. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and after hearing the petitioner in person, it is observed that the learned Family Court, Raipur, shall make an earnest endeavour to expedite the proceedings and conclude the same within a reasonable period, without granting unnecessary adjournments, subject to cooperation of the parties.
