The Court made the following Order:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents.
2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the 4th respondent in issuing notice vide R.C.A.No. /245/2019 dated 13-12-2019 for resumption/ eviction of the petitioner's agricultural land in Sy.No.200/7 to an extent of Ac.2- 00 cents situated at Kethavaram village, Orvakallu Mandal, Kurnool District is illegal and unconstitutional and consequently set aside the notice vide R.C.A. No./245/2019 dated 13.12.2019 for resumption/eviction of the petitioner's agricultural land in Sy.No.200/7 to an extent of Ac.2-00 cents situated at Kethavaram village, Orvakallu Mandal, Kurnool District while making it clear that the respondents cannot take the land assigned to the petitioner’s family for any purpose especially for providing House sites under the Navaratnalu - Pedalandariki illu Programme.
3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 22.09.2025 submits that the alternative land is utilized for the above said welfare scheme and the subject land is not used.
4. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs. The

written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 22.09.2025 shall be made as part of the Court record.
As a sequel, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
