Through the medium of the present petition, the petitioner has raised a grievance that he is being called by the Police in connection with a complaint filed by respondent No. 5-Samuel and he is being harassed continuously without there being any case registered against him. 02. Having regard to the nature of grievance projected by the petitioner, the petition is disposed of, at this stage, by directing the official respondents not to harass the Serial No. 10 2 WP(C) No. 2622/2025 petitioner unnecessarily unless some case is registered against him. 03.
