Savita Vs Satish and other under section 12 of The Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act 2005 police station Simbhawali District Hapur and impugned appellate order dated 7- 3-2025 passed by additional district and Session Judge/Special Judge SC/ST Act Hapur in criminal appeal no 17/2024 Satish and others Vs Smt. Savita and another., however, he seeks withdrawal of the present application to file an appropriate proceedings in the form of the revision before this Court. 2. Learned AGA has no objection to the same. 3. The application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 4. Certified copy be returned subject to submission of photocopy.
