(ii) The impugned endorsement bearing No.d¸À/EJ¸ï¹/14/CD£ÉÃ/2022/344 dated 19.05.2022 issued by the 2nd Respondent is quashed. (iii) Consequently, the Respondents are directed to consider the request of applicant for providing compassionate appointment if otherwise eligible. (iv) Time permitted to implement the order is 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.” 2. Anil Kumar, for caveator-respondent No.1 and perused the entire writ petition papers. 3. First respondent is a married daughter and it is the contention of the petitioners that the married daughters would not be entitled for compassionate appointment prior to the amendment dated 10.11.2021. The said contention is answered by Co-ordinate Bench in Writ Petition No.15961 of 2022 dated 23.08.2024. In terms of the Order of the Co- ordinate Bench, the present writ petition stands rejected. 4.
