Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been able to surrender before the learned Court within time as he has taken his mother to Delhi for treatment as stated in paragraph 6 of this petition and in view of that, time to surrender may kindly be extended. 3. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner and in spite of that, he has not appeared before the learned Court. 4. In view of the above facts and considering the statement made in paragraph 6 of this petition, time to surrender before the learned Court is further extended for two weeks from today. 5. The order dated 29.04.2024 is modified to the above extent. 6. Rest of the conditions, as imposed in the said order, shall remain intact. 7. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
