She submits, respondent nos. 6 to 19 have no manner of interest in the land recorded as Gata no. 639/689 area 0.1210 hectare. They are trying to make construction. Her client sought assistance by making application dated 3rd April, 2025 to respondent no.3 (the Sub Divisional Magistrate). She seeks direction upon the Magistrate to consider her client's application. 2. Mr. P.K.Srivastava, learned advocate Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, the application will be duly dealt with. 3. Respondent no.3 is directed to consider petitioner's application dated 3rd April, 2025. For the purpose said respondent may notice respondent nos. 6 to 19. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order along with the representation to the Sub Divisional Magistrate.
