ORAL ORDER (PER: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA)
1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer:
“A. Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent no.3 to consider the representation dated 29.09.2025 given by the petitioner vide Annexure-D, insofar as petitioner is concerned and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law at the earliest. B. Issue any Writ, Order or directions which this Hon’ble Court deems fit, in the interest of justice and equity.”
2. Heard Sri.D.M.Malli, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri.Ramesh Chigari, learned counsel for the respondents. 3. The lands belonging to the petitioner are said to have been the subject matter of acquisition. It is contended that notwithstanding such acquisition, neither compensation has been paid nor an award has been passed in favour of the petitioner. 4. It is further submitted that the petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 29.09.2025 requesting the authorities to pass an award and pay compensation, as the land has already been utilized by the respondents. 5.
Learned High Court Government Advocate (HCGP) submits that if reasonable time is granted, the representation of

the petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with law. 6. In view of the said submission and without going into the merits of the petitioner’s claim, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the petition with a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 29.09.2025 and pass necessary orders in accordance with law within an outer limit of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 7.
