At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, at this juncture, this petition may be disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to move representation before the Pension Redressal Grievance Committee/appropriate Authority raising his grievances which is raised in this petition and, in turn, the concerned Authority as well as the Pension Grievance Committee may examine the case and pass speaking order in an expeditious manner. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents would not oppose the aforesaid limited prayer. 3. Having regard to the submission of learned counsel for the parties and considering the limited relief sought by the petitioner, it is directed that if the petitioner submits representation before the Pension Grievance Committee/concerned Authority within a period of 30 days from this order with all relevant documents, the concerned Committee/Authority after affording proper and fair opportunity of hearing to the petitioner shall decide the grievance/representation of the petitioner with reasoned order within outer limit of 8 months from receipt thereof. 4.
