Arjun Chowdhary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for all the Respondents. 2. Sri K. Arjun Chowdhary, Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has submitted the Written Instruction furnished by the Tahsildar of Kadiri dated 30.01.2025. Copy of it is served on the Counsel for the Writ Petitioners as well. This Written Instruction is taken on record. 3 3. The relevant portion of the Written Instruction is usefully extracted hereunder: “The land in Sy.No.83 extent was classified as Waste as per RSR of Kadiri Village and Mandal. Subsequently, some extent were issued house site to land less poor persons from this office in various dates and years. Whereas, at present whom are petitioners in this case are not issued any notices or intimations to dispossess from their houses. Moreover, not made any Correspondents from this office to dispossess the petitioner from their houses.” 4. The above extract would indicate that the Writ Petitioners have not been issued any Notice or communication to dispossess their houses. It is also stated that the Official Respondents have not made any correspondents with the Writ Petitioners indicating to dispossess the Writ Petitioners from their houses. 5. Having regard to the above facts, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into the merit, directing the Official Respondents to follow due process of law if any coercive action is sought to be initiated against the Writ Petitioners in the future. 6. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. 7.
