HIGH COURT OF TRIPURA AGARTALA WP(C) No.105 of 2025 Sri. Sajal Chandra Sarkar ….Petitioner(s) Versus The State of Tripura & 04 Ors. ….Respondent(s) For Petitioner(s) : Ms.A.Chakraborty, Advocate. For Respondent(s) : Advocate General Mrs. Pinki Chakraborty, Advocate. HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE S. DATTA PURKAYASTHA ORDER 17.07.2025 Heard Ld. Counsel of both sides. Ld. Advocate General submits that the main grievance of the petitioner was that he being the an ASI (Operator) was also engaged in Law and Order duty though he was a technical staff. Ld. Advocate General referring to a file note of the Department dated 08.07.2025 further submits that the case of the petitioner had already been considered by the respondent department and considering the fact that his physical condition is also not so good and compatible to law and order duty, he has been exempted from such law and order duty and therefore, grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by the State respondents. In view of above, Ld. Counsel Smt. P.Chakraborty on behalf of the petitioner submits that they are not pressing the writ petition further and the same may be disposed of. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of being not pressed by the petitioner. JUDGE Saikat Sarma
